I became familiar with Serendipity Labs through the "Bridge the Gap" Tuesday morning meeting. All the staff are delightful. thoughtful, kind, helpful! It wasn't until about 3 weeks ago I took a tour of the facility. All I can say is WOW! Great staff, great work areas, comfortable work spaces for anything you need, by the day, the week, the month, the year. Excellent!!! (and beyond)

The existing infrastructure made it possible to seamlessly open a regional office and the nationwide network of Lab locations enables us to meet our clients where they are. The Mount Pleasant Lab is beautifully appointed, conveniently located, and well equipped to handle all of our business needs. The staff are incredibly supportive and provide a high level of service to ensure a professional and productive work environment.

Our company moved into these offices back in January. The facilities wonderful, clean, bright and light. The best part of being in this location is the staff with Serendipity Labs. I have never been treated so kindly. I tend to be a little technology challenged, so Matt came in and helped me get everything set up so it was smooth going from the start. He also assisted in getting things arranged in the office when I was moving in. Lindsay always comes to my office to check if I have everything I need. All I can say is they WOW me everyday! You know they want you here and they are always here to help me. This is the best location too! Centrally located to assess the bridge, the interstates and move through the Charleston area quickly! It you want a great work atmosphere and some fun people to be around who are professional and helpful...check this place out. I smile everyday I come here to work!

I just moved to town and am launching a new business here which brings with it many challenges, one of them being where to find office space. I found Serendipity Labs and could not have been more thrilled about what they had to offer. I only needed short-term co-working space, but I felt like it was my office home every day I walked in. All the staff were incredibly welcoming and supportive and made sure I had everything I needed to be successful during the day. The space is modern, spotless, warm, and has tons of natural light which is so important for inspiration and a healthy day at the office.
